Employment of representatives of a selected group of socially disadvantaged persons on the labor market implemented through civil society organizations

This work deals with the employment of representatives of a selected group of socially disadvantaged persons on the labor market, implemented through civil society organizations. The aim of the thesis is to find out how much participation civil society organizations have in supporting people with disabilities with the help of projects within the Employment Operational Program and whether support is evenly distributed in the Czech Republic and how big is a role civil society organizations have in this support. The theoretical part brings knowledge and characteristics of several terms connected with the topic of the diploma thesis. The empirical part is processed in the form of quantitative research with the aim of finding out how many civil society organizations are involved in the implementation of projects, how the given support for persons with disabilities is distributed in the Czech Republic, or to point out places where there is no such organization in the immediate vicinity or where there is no project implemented within the Operational Program Employment. Children´s club Elemantary school Dobřany

This thesis deals with the comparison of the after school club and the children´s school club at primary school in Dobřany. The first part is focused on the characterization of the after school club in general according to legislation, available literature and activities of the after school club at a specific primary school. Further more, the goals, activities and staffing of the after school club are described there. In the second part is characterized the children´s school club in general according to available documents. On a specific case are described the conditions of establishment and operation, including the specifics of this facility. The third part of the thesis summarizes the activities of the after school club and children´s school club at primary school in Dobřany. In the summary of work we find out that two facilities in one school, which take care of the free time of children after school from the 1st to 5th classes, may have different duties, the system of enrolling children, opening hours and activities. The thesis shows a need for at least a minimum pedagogical education for people who work with children, although this is not required by legislation in this case.

This diploma thesis deals with the problem of community social work in a small town and the planning of new social services to be convinient for the real needs of the community. The thesis also deals with possible difficulties which the municipality can encounter to as applicant for a grant from the Integrated Regional Operational Program (call no. 74 Development of polyfunctional community centers infrastructure). It also focuses on the topic of sustainability of the project. The aim of this diploma thesis is to theoretically define the community centers and community social work and to describe the possibilities of drawing funds from the EU fund and the process of preparing the application and its difficulties.

The Economic impacts of Active Employment Policy

This diploma thesis deals with the labour market and linked issues, such as unemployment, active employment policy, and the impact of employment policy from several points of view. The thesis aims to suggest solutions, which could lead to an increase of employment in the Czech Republic. The practical part describes the progression of employment in the Czech Republic and analyzes labour perspectives according to education level, social status, and biological attributes of the population. Furthermore, the paper explores the employment development prognosis in the Czech Republic until 2020. Outcomes, recommendations, and comparison with the main thesis objectives form the last part of this diploma thesis.
Unemployment in the Czech Republic

Unemployment is a very hot topic not appears in the Czech Republic,but also throughout Europe. The aim of this work is to focus on unemployment as a possibility to use funding a private company and help the labour market from the unemployed by involving the unemployed in projects that are offered by employment canters, which are supported by the European Union under the European Social Fund and specifically in the operational programs. Operational programs in the Czech Republic are ensuring the Ministry for Regional Development. Work includes a theoretical part where are defined different concepts and shows a hierarchy of individual institutions European Union, and specifically the individual documents. The practical part is focused on a particular private company headquartered in the Central Region, which grants the Labour Office actively used.
